Quote of the Week

"Let's face it. I have small boobs, cellulite and stretch marks. I'm lazy. I don't even work out. I eat. I'd rather be lumpy and heavy than skinny and miserable."
Sienna Miller, on her body image.

Ok...There are two ways we could look at this -
1. Hello? Does Sienna Miller own a mirror? She's one of the skinniest women in Hollywood! I really hope she's not insinuating that she's "lumpy and heavy". If Sienna Miller is fat, then us other females have no chance.
2. It's quite admirable that she's being so frank about her faults, and she's obviously happy with who she is. That's always nice to see...

Interpret this how you want to, I suppose.

hm, I hope that its the latter. I dont think Sienna Miller seems like the type that would be overly concerned with her weight ,just more naturally thin. Damn ,good for her though right? I happen to adore her, so I ope, HOPE its the latter. lol.

Ha. That sounds like something she would say. During the summer, I read somewhere that she and Keira embarked on a crusade to gain weight, just to prove that they could. But then they lost whatever small bit of weight they gained again, either because it was just a rumor or because they got bored eating so much and their metabolisms burned it off again.

I have to say, slender women talking about how they eat absolute garbage and never exercise is just as (if not even more) unhelpful than saying they eat near to nothing. Hollywood needs better PR, period.

Hmm, I know what you mean. They must think that by exposing the fact that they can eat whatever they want, not exercise and still remain miraculously thin is some sort of comfort to us "normal" people, lol.
It does make me feel worse sometimes, but oh well...
I like Sienna Miller, as well, and I'm pretty sure that she's got a different self image to what everybody else has of her, and is just trying to show us that celebs are just like normal people, too...
Good one her for trying. :)
