"I always felt as a model it was my responsibilty to show up with clean hair and good skin. And that's also why I worked out, to look good in the clothes. Anyone can run around in jeans with their hair in a ponytail, but that's not aspirational. Ultimately, you want to see someone looking super-glamorous because it's a fantasy and that's what fashion is all about. I think that was also a huge contributing factor to our success."
